The consulting service we provide includes the necessary analyses of business and financing capacities of companies, and, if needed, the development of the current and optimal structure of their capital. It also covers the weighted average cost of its capital (PPCK/WACC), the preparation of the business plan and other documents needed for the financing process (indicative terms/term sheet, info memo, the financial model projection of loan repayment or return on investment, etc) for banks and/or non-banking sources of financing, identification, and contact of adequate sources of financing, presentations and negotiations with them, and other necessary support to the client until successful completion of the financing project.
